Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger entries and monthly account reconciliations with meticulous attention to detail
- Support month-end closing processes by preparing trial balances and financial statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor/client payments
- Assist in internal audits by maintaining accurate financial documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies and recommend process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial inquiries
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial reporting and data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial terminology
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
