Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the tax preparation process and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain and organize financial records and documents in our secure database.
- Assist in internal and external audits as required.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients and vendors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Ethical judgment and understanding of financial regulations.
