Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and financial data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices.
- Prepare and maintain basic financial records and ledgers.
- Support the senior accounting team with month-end close procedures.
- Organize and file physical and digital financial documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior accounting experience is necessary; training will be provided.
- Basic understanding of math and accounting principles is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
