Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Support the internal audit process and prepare necessary documentation.
- Assist in budget preparation and variance analysis.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records in compliance with GAAP and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (0-2 years of experience).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
