Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices (100+ daily) with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Optimize invoice workflows using SAP/Oracle systems
- Collaborate with procurement on 3-way matching
- Assist in month-end closing and audit preparations
- Maintain electronic filing systems for compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years AP experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certification in AP (e.g., CAPP) preferred
- Experience with 1099 processing and tax compliance
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced setting
