Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain financial records and general ledger entries.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Process invoices and expense reports accurately and on time.
- Generate basic financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience or completed internship in accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
