Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement compilation and analysis
- Process payroll transactions and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Support internal and external audit procedures with documentation and data preparation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for transaction processing and reporting
- Monitor expense reports and budgets for variances and discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting-related inquiries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and basic accounting concepts
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
