Responsibilities
- Prepare and process monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and account reconciliations
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions
- Contribute to month-end and year-end closing processes
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP systems) for data entry
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 0-2 years of relevant accounting experience (internships acceptable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
