Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are accurate.
- Support the month-end close process by preparing necessary journal entries and schedules.
- Organize and maintain financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and filings under supervision.
- Generate standard financial reports using Excel and accounting software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role (internships accepted).
- Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
