Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing and verification.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and investigate and resolve any discrepancies.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records, ledgers, and filing systems.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Basic understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex financial data clearly to non-finance teams.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt to new software.
