Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including data entry, reconciliations, and invoice processing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the senior accounting team with payroll processing and expense reporting.
- Communicate with clients and vendors via email and phone to resolve billing inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and compliance filings under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in numbers and data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
