Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card audits.
- Maintain and organize financial records and ledgers.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Support the accounting team with data entry and Excel analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
