Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Organize and file physical and electronic financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly audits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
