Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
- Perform basic bank reconciliations and credit card reviews.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Organize and maintain financial records and filing systems.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close process.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be willing to obtain a relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) within 2 years.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
