Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks: Support the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process transactions: Handle accounts payable and receivable entries efficiently.
- Bank Reconciliation: Review bank statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare Reports: Help in the preparation of basic financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Support Audits: Provide documentation and support during internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
- No Experience Needed: We welcome recent graduates and career changers eager to learn.
- Skills: Strong basic math skills and a solid understanding of fundamental accounting principles.
