Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with precision
- Assist in monthly financial statement preparation
- Process payroll and expense reports accurately
- Reconcile bank accounts and ledger entries
- Support tax filing documentation preparation
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel daily
- Maintain organized financial records
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- QuickBooks exposure (training provided)
- Excellent communication skills
