Responsibilities
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and general ledgers.
- Perform daily data entry and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices accurately and timely.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist with month-end close processes.
- Support the senior accounting team with document preparation and filing.
- Conduct basic audits and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior accounting experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
