Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and basic general ledger entries.
- Prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, and reports.
- Support the senior accounting team with tax preparation and audit documentation.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve billing discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional accounting experience required – we value potential over experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
