Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts monthly to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare basic financial reports and ledgers for management review.
- Process invoices and expense reports efficiently using accounting software.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure all documentation is compliant.
- Support the accounting team during audits and year-end close processes.
- Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior accounting experience required – We train the right candidates!
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
