Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Perform accurate data entry and reconcile bank statements.
- Prepare, organize, and file invoices and financial documents.
- Support the month-end closing process under supervision.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports.
- Communicate professionally with vendors and clients regarding payments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is a plus.
- No prior accounting experience required; we train all new hires.
- Strong attention to detail and a knack for numbers.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
