We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Accountant to join our growing finance team in Austin, Texas. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciling bank statements.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and summaries for management review.
- Process invoices and ensure proper documentation is filed and stored.
- Assist with payroll preparation and verification of employee hours.
- Maintain accurate ledgers and track financial transactions.
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding billing inquiries and payments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in numerical data.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills considered a strong asset.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Willingness to learn new accounting software and internal processes.
