We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn. In this role, you will work alongside senior accountants to gain hands-on experience in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions accurately.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Support the month-end close process and assist in generating basic financial reports.
- Perform data entry and verification of financial data.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and formatting).
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
