Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Prepare and reconcile financial statements under supervision
- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoicing
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/MS Dynamics) for data entry
- Conduct basic financial analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
Qualifications
- Recent graduate with Associate's/Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical and mathematical aptitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
