Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions
- Perform bank reconciliations and account maintenance
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Prepare financial statements under supervision
- Manage expense reports and vendor communications
- Support audit preparations and compliance tasks
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel daily
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Basic proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Strong numerical accuracy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new accounting software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid California driver's license (client site visits)
- Must pass background check and credit verification
