Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks.
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger support.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports and ledgers.
- Process invoices and ensure accurate data entry.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist auditors with documentation requests and internal controls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 0-2 years of experience (Internships welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
