Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor invoices
- Assist with monthly financial reporting and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and documentation
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) for data entry
- Conduct bank reconciliations and expense tracking
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (or pursuing)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
