Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and invoice verification
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks
- Support month-end closing procedures and reconciliation tasks
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports under supervision
- Organize and file financial documents securely
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding payment inquiries
- Learn and apply accounting principles through our structured training program
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
