Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Assist in monthly financial statement preparation
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Support tax filing documentation and compliance
- Manage expense reports and vendor invoices
- Utilize QuickBooks for daily accounting operations
- Participate in quarterly audits and financial reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of accounting experience (students welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
