Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and general ledger entries.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated accounting records and databases.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with high precision.
- Reconcile bank statements and identify any discrepancies.
- Support the senior accounting team with various ad-hoc financial projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced office.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new accounting software.
