As an Entry Level Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. We are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and possess a strong aptitude for numbers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Support the tax team in gathering necessary documentation for annual audits.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (0-2 years of experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and GAAP standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
