Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Support the month-end close process and assist with general ledger entries.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial records.
- Assist with internal audits and the preparation of tax documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (or currently pursuing a degree).
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Valid US work authorization is required.
