Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Support the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets for management review.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records.
- Assist in preparing tax documents and filings under supervision.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (basic knowledge required).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn new software quickly.
