Responsibilities
- Assist in daily data entry and the maintenance of accurate financial records.
- Process accounts payable invoices and manage expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare basic financial spreadsheets and assist with monthly reporting.
- File tax documents and organize physical and digital filing systems.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in number crunching.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and learn new software quickly.
