Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and posting of daily journal entries and reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Generate financial reports and assist with budget preparation under supervision.
- Maintain and organize financial records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role (internship or entry-level experience preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
