Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process and verify accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure data integrity.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes by gathering necessary documentation.
- Perform data entry and maintenance of accounting records in our ERP system.
- Assist with tax preparation schedules and filing requirements under supervision.
- Respond to vendor and client inquiries regarding account status and invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Aptitude for learning new financial software and technologies.
