Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly financial statements and general ledger accounts.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of all financial data.
- Support the audit process by gathering documentation and preparing necessary schedules.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internships accepted).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
