Responsibilities
- Assist with the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Enter and verify financial data into accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Process expense reports and invoices for approval.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for financial records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
