As an Entry Level Accountant, you will gain hands-on experience in core accounting functions while working alongside experienced professionals. We value integrity, accuracy, and teamwork above all else.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger account analysis.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and tax documentation.
- Reconcile credit card statements and vendor invoices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and software (QuickBooks preferred).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
