Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and posting of daily journal entries and general ledger reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements to ensure accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes and assist in preparing financial reports.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documentation and regulatory filings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing).
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role or internship experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
