Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure data integrity.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ledgers, and filing systems.
- Perform basic data entry and assist with budget preparation under supervision.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- No prior accounting experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional, but preferred for local team meetings).
