Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process invoices and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Prepare and maintain financial documents and ledgers.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform basic financial analysis and report generation.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred but training is provided.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the finance sector.
