Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks and accurate data entry.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Maintain and update financial ledgers and records.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing process.
- Prepare and organize basic financial reports and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll information.
- Respond to general accounting inquiries from team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we provide training.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of math and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
