Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process invoices and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely.
- Support the audit process by gathering necessary financial records and documentation.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax filings under supervision.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in an accounting role or internship.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in data.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
