Responsibilities
- Perform daily data entry and ensure accuracy in financial records.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports in a timely manner.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding account inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
