Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping and general ledger entry under supervision.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze basic financial reports and invoices.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding account inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of tax documents and government filings.
Qualifications
