Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable with precision using QuickBooks and SAP
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial statement preparation
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Support tax preparation and compliance documentation
- Conduct data entry with zero tolerance for errors
- Collaborate with senior accountants on audit readiness tasks
- Manage vendor relationships and invoice processing workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (graduating seniors welcome)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
