As a member of our finance department, you will work closely with experienced professionals to manage daily financial operations. We provide comprehensive training, so prior experience is not required—just a strong desire to learn and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and financial reports.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Assist external auditors during annual reviews.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
