Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and balance sheets.
- Perform daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and organized financial records.
- Assist with tax preparation documentation and compliance requirements.
- Utilize accounting software to track financial data and generate reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
