Responsibilities
- Perform accurate financial statement preparation and monthly reconciliations
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing and general ledger maintenance
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies
- Collaborate with senior accountants on special projects
- Maintain organized financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Adhere to GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 0-2 years of accounting internship or entry-level experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
