Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and general ledgers.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a weekly basis.
- Process accounts payable invoices and manage accounts receivable collections.
- Prepare basic financial reports and perform variance analysis.
- Support external auditors with required documentation and schedules.
- Assist with tax preparation filings and quarterly estimates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- 0-2 years of experience (Internships or academic projects accepted).
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
